Dr. Rob Cadwallader

Founder/Clinic Director/Chiropractor

Dr. Rob Cadwallader was born in Appleton, Wisconsin and grew up in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended the University of South Dakota studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. He started Chiropractic School at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and transferred to Life University (Marietta, GA) in 1994. He graduated in 1996 from Life University School of Chiropractic.
He moved with his young family to Knoxville, TN to practice for about a year before buying an office in Johnson City, TN. Dr. Rob owned and served as the Clinic Director of Back To Health and Back To Health Plus for 12 years. He grew that practice from a small chiropractic clinic with two doctors to a multi-disciplinary office with several Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, and a Medical Doctor before deciding to relocate to Wisconsin.
When Dr. Rob moved to Wisconsin in 2008, he "retired" for about 6 months before he got bored & found a small space on Montana Avenue in Sun Prairie that would be the first home of Pro Health. He stated he wanted to, "Keep it Small." In true Dr. Rob fashion, the clinic grew out of its tiny space in a short three years. After four years, he opened a satellite office on the Square in Downtown Madison. Shortly after, he realized that Pro Health needed to stay in one location. The decision was made to move to the current Main Street location where we've expanded into more space within this location 5 times offering not only Chiropractic services and so much more!
As if Dr. Rob doesn't do enough at Pro Health - when he was working at the downtown Pro Health location, he met Dr. Steve Conway, a chiropractor and a lawyer. They agreed that chiropractic was not moving in a direction for growth and prosperity in the state with the current association, so something must be done. In 2012, he and a small group of chiropractors got together and decided to form a new association, the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin. He was one of the first founding members, was elected to be the First President of the CSW from 2012 (its inception) - 2014, and he currently serves on the Executive Board. The association has grown to be one of the leading chiropractic associations in the country.
Dr. Rob loves his patients. He doesn't chase your symptoms - his goal is to find the root cause. He does this by combining FDA cleared chiropractic techniques, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing service with attention to you. His heart shines through in his work, and the office vibrates with intense energy when he's here. His laughter and smile will change even the grumpiest person's day - his goal is to have you leave this office feeling better and functioning higher.
In his free time, you can find Dr. Rob outside enjoying a cigar, spending time with his dogs, his family, and he loves to travel!

Dr. Sophie Groff, DICBN

Chiropractic Neurologist

Dr. Sophie's chiropractic journey started when she was 4 minutes old. She was born with labored breathing & her dad, Dr. Rob (yes, that Dr. Rob) adjusted her & her breathing was restored to normal. While Dr. Sophie has held many roles in her parents' offices over the years - from flowing patients at 4 years old - to helping at our front desk during her summers off of school, she joins our practice for the final time as Dr. Sophie.
Dr. Sophie graduated from DeForest High School, then went on to study at Life University in Marietta, GA graduating with a degree in BioPsychology. After graduating from college, she wasn't sure where life would take her and at the time, she was bound and determined NOT to go on to Chiropractic School. After exploring several career path options, chiropractic called her home. She found herself visiting the campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daytona, Florida and choosing to follow in her parent's footsteps. She spent the next three years studying there while concurrently working on her Neurology Diplomate. Dr. Sophie's final internship was with a Neurology Clinic in Orlando, Florida which is sought out throughout the world by athletes and individuals seeking brain healing and re-training.
She tested and received her Neurology Diplomate in February of 2023.
Dr. Sophie's passion lies in the brain. She has always been fascinated by how it worked and how similar things affected certain individuals differently. She takes care of patients with balance issues, traumatic brain injuries, post-concussion symptoms, sporting injuries, post-stroke symptoms, and so much more!
When Dr. Sophie isn't in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her daughter, working out, hiking, enjoying time outdoors, and spending quality time with her dog, Juniper Berry (Juni).

Dr. Zach Groff

Chiropractor

Dr. Zach was born in New Jersey & moved to Florida when he was 7 years old. He was raised in Ocala, FL & somehow thought it'd be fun to move to WISCONSIN!?!? But we're so happy he's here!
Dr. Zach started his college career at UCF for Aerospace Engineering. (If you need math done - talk to this guy!) During college - he severed his ring finger tendon and had to have surgery to repair it. After he underwent Occupational Therapy as part of his post-surgical rehab, he switched his major to Sports and Exercise Physiology to become an Occupational Therapist. While studying in that field. he had a Chiropractor as a professor & discovered that his real passion was in improving people's health naturally and without surgery, drugs, and pills. This led him to Palmer's Florida campus in Daytona where he received his doctorate in June of 2022.
Dr. Zach could spend the entire day, night, and weekends outside of Pro Health at the golf course.  He loves being out on the golf course playing and also helping people with the bio-mechanics of golf to improve their game.
When he's not at work - and not at the golf course - Dr. Zach enjoys spending time with his daughter, dog and family, watching sports, and eating - everything!

Hands down, the best chiropractic care I’ve ever received!"
